A vibrant midnight blue loose eye shadow recommended for use an eye liner or eye shadow.

Directions:Apply with a dry brush using a small amount at a time to create a soft look. The more you apply the strong the colour with be. Alternatively apply with a slightly damp brush using a small amount at a time to create a stronger more defined look.
